Bidmint
Terms
Use Bidmint to prepare, send, and manage quotes for your business. These terms describe the basic boundaries of that service.
Last updated: 21 August 2026. This page should be reviewed by the owner and applicable legal adviser before paid commercial rollout.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, customer information, quote content, tax settings, payment terms, and any decision to send or accept a quote. Bidmint is a quoting tool, not bookkeeping, tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice.
Quotes and acceptance
Bidmint helps you create and share quotes and records customer acceptance or decline. An online acceptance is not represented as a legally binding electronic signature unless a separate reviewed feature expressly says so. You remain responsible for your own contracts and legal obligations.
Access and security
Keep your account credentials private and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You must not attempt to access another business, bypass quote tokens, abuse public actions, or use Bidmint to send unlawful or misleading content.
Subscriptions and refunds
Paid plans, when enabled, are described before checkout and processed by the configured payment provider. Provider-verified subscription state controls paid capabilities. Cancellation, renewal, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks follow the applicable provider and plan terms; Bidmint will not claim a cancellation or refund until the provider state is verified.
Availability and changes
We may improve, suspend, or retire parts of Bidmint to protect users, address security issues, or operate the service. We will aim to preserve your data and communicate material changes through reasonable product or account channels.
Contact
Use the support channel provided with your account for questions, data requests, billing support, or security reports. Never send passwords, card details, or private quote documents through an unsecured channel.
