Privacy
Bidmint collects the information needed to help you create, share, and manage professional quotes. We aim to keep that collection focused and transparent.

Information you provide
We store your account identity, business profile, customers, quotes, line items, settings, and quote lifecycle events so the product can work. You decide what customer and business information to include.
How we use it
We use this information to provide Bidmint, secure your account, generate documents, deliver sharing and acceptance workflows, provide support, prevent abuse, and operate the service. We do not send customer names, phone numbers, quote content, addresses, payment details, or secrets to product analytics.
Service providers
Depending on the features enabled for your account, Bidmint uses Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Vercel for hosting; an email provider for transactional messages; and a hosted payment provider for subscriptions. Payment pages are tokenized and Bidmint does not store raw card numbers or CVV data.
Retention and requests
We retain account and quote records while needed to provide the service and to preserve financial and security history. You may request export or deletion of your account data. Some quote lifecycle, billing, and audit records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, support, legal, or accounting reasons.
Analytics and cookies
Bidmint uses privacy-safe product and acquisition events to understand activation and reliability. Events are designed to exclude customer and quote content. Essential session storage is required for sign-in; non-essential analytics should be controlled by the applicable consent experience.

For a privacy request or question, contact the Bidmint support channel provided with your account. Do not email passwords, payment credentials, or private quote documents.
